Recorded Calls
This screen allows you to view and listen to your recorded calls. Call recording must be enabled by your administrator and configured in your Call Recording settings.
Viewing Recorded Calls
The grid displays your recorded calls with the following information:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Type | Whether the call was inbound or outbound |
| Source | The originating number or extension |
| Destination | The destination number or extension |
| Caller ID | The caller ID associated with the call |
| Date | Date and time of the call |
| Format | Audio format of the recording |
| Duration | Length of the recording |
Listening to Recordings
Click the play icon in the Recording column to download and play the recorded call. You will need an appropriate audio player installed on your device.
Filtering
You can filter recorded calls by date range, source, destination, or caller ID. You can also sort records by clicking on any column header.
Transcription
If transcription is enabled by your administrator, you can view a text transcription of the recorded call by clicking the transcription icon.
